Resulting in my daughter being very upset. Karaoke on evening and again to children can not take part which was shocking. Kids disco each evening but mine are slightly too old for this now. And a pool party which and one game for adults and kids. There was a great large inflatable course in the pool one day which kids could do. As advertised as a family holiday it was disappointing that children were not able to join in with the majority of games etc. No premium brands included and no Prosecco. Drinks - the drinks available to me were not the best. Did get a little repetitive by end of the week but this is always the way after a weeks all inclusive I think. Really lovely and the lady on this station was always smiling and polite! Dinner - evening meals were good. Burgers, hotdogs chicken etc and great that was open for most of the day! The ice cream parlour was a great addition, lost cpu t of how many the kids had. A smile would have been nice! We never ate lunch in the restaurant but the snack bar was a hit and always a good selection of pizzas, chips. omelettes were great, however the chef on this station could have had better customer service, looked annoyed every day to be doing his job. Fruit, usual English fry up items, cereals, omelette station etc. Breakfast, a large selection was on offer. (No view as was facing buildings but can live with that) Rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard. Room was of a good standard, clean and spacious enough for us and a nice large balcony.
